2. Learned counsel for the petitioners were directed to file a fresh application after grant of bail in all other cases in which they are an accused. They have not been granted bail in one more case.

3. In these circumstances, this application is premature and the same stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh bail application.

4. It has been by Mr. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the informant that the accused persons are delaying the framing

5. If at the time of hearing of bail application of any co-accused, it comes to the notice of this Court that they are delaying the framing of charge, their bail application shall be considered on merits.
