Ringan Manjhi @ Khonha accompanied the victim Jaikant Ram and since thereafter, Jaikant Ram is found missing. The informant, his mother, shown suspicion against aforesaid Ringan Manjhi along with the petitioner Sudhir Yadav, Bisho Ram, Shashi Ram, Mukesh Ram, Chhabbu Ram, Subhash Ram, Vikas Ram, Srikant Sao, Jitendra Paswan might have committed murder of victim in the background of land dispute. From perusal of the case diary, no substantive evidence has been collected by the I.O. Even though, investigation has been kept pending till today.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52088 of 2016 (03) dt.19-12-2016 petitioner, Sudhir Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P. S. Case no.28 of 2014.
