JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2021 Heard Ms. Ranjana Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lal Bahadur Singh for the Opposite Party No. 2. The State is represented by Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State. In view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioner on an earlier occasion that he is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 as his legally wedded wife and accord to her the dignity to which she is entitled, this Court granted provisional anticipatory bail to him and issued notice to opposite party no. 2.
Mr. Lal Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 states before this Court that O.P. No. 2 is also desirous of restoration of the matrimonial

With this stand of the parties, this Court does not find it difficult to dispose of this petition. On the appearance of the petitioner before the court below within a period of eight weeks, he shall be released on provisional bail afresh and the opposite party no. 2 shall be noticed. On the appearance of O.P. No. 2 and the petitioner before the court below, modalities shall be explored for the return of O.P. No. 2 to her matrimonial fold. Once the matrimonial life is restored, the court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner. If for any reason the relationship is not restored and for which the court below is of the opinion that petitioner cannot be blamed for the same, the provisional bail shall be confirmed in that event also.
