The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and that other co-accused persons, namely, Benju Singh has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 33105 of 2016 vide order dated 22.09.2016. In view of the fact that the petitioner is merely said to be an order giver and no assault was inflicted by him, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
