Sunita Kumari who was married with Teju Bind was done to death while staying at her Sasural. Petitioner who is Bhaisur of deceased is under custody since 02.10.2016, carries no specific allegation as is manifest from the order impugned. Husband is in custody. As such, petitioner Fagu Bind is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No.111/2016.
