JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.a) Issuance of writ, order, direction for commanding the respondents for providing complete information as having asked in R.T.I. petition dated 28.9.2011 contained in Annexure-2.

b) Issuance of writ, order, direction for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17215 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 commanding the respondent no.7 to impose a suitable penalty for not providing proper information as prescribed in R.T.I. Act.

c) Issuance of writ, order, direction to the respondents as may fit and proper in the said facts and circumstances of the case for which the petitioner is entitled for."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
