JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the simple nature of injury as also the fact that four other co-accused, namely, Satyendra Mistri, Pinku Mistri, Damodar Mistri and Pankaj Mistri have already

No.25332 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2 / 2 been granted pre-arrest bail by different orders passed by this Court, the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Ghoshwari P.S.
