The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.880 of 2018 arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

34.5 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered form the house of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Excise Case No.880 of 2018 arising out of Ara Town P.S.
