The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 dated 02.01.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have called the son of the informant for milking the cow and later the petitioners and others are said to have carried the body of the deceased to the home of the informant. It was told by the petitioners that the deceased is not well and that he should not be woken up. Later the deceased was found to be dead. The post-mortem report does not

The petitioners are in custody since 23.03.2020 and have got no criminal antecedents.

The accusation against the petitioners, therefore, is only on the basis of suspicion. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, their period of custody and taking into account the clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
