This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 365 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injury sustained by the injured, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
