Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No 182 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement of his younger brother Arun Kumar. It is further submitted that no recovery whatsoever has been made from the petitioner's possession. It is also submitted that even in the investigation, the role of the petitioner is yet to be ascertained. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the

No.24205 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Saraiya Police Station Case No 182 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438
(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
