Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who is said to have died in other than normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage. The informant levelled allegation of illegal demand and torturing against the petitioner but post mortem report as well as F.S.L. report go to show that cause of death of deceased could not be ascertained and no poisonous substance was found in the viscera of the deceased.
