2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96/352/3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant namely, Savita Devi alleged that on 7.8.2024 at about 3:00 pm, her daughter, Dulki Kumari (aged about 13 yrs) went to the field for defecation but did not return. Upon search, it was discovered that petitioner, Anirudh Kumar with the aid of his family members had lured and Kidnapped her daughter with intent to marry her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.21484 of 2025(3) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS, denied the prosecution case and stated that she married with the petitioner in a Temple in Gaya. It is a case of love affair between two consenting adults. Both of them are married and living together as husband and wife.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the statement of the girl recorded under Sections 183 BNSS, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 107/2024 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of BNSS.
