This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 04.10.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 40946 of 2016, whereby the petitioner had been allowed privilege of anticipatory bail, if he surrendered before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time granted to him by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances, the period of surrender before the learned Court below is hereby extended by further two weeks.
