This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 384, 379 and 504/34 of the Penal Code.

There is allegation that the petitioner was instrumental in getting the victim surrounded with three unknown persons and asked to execute a sale deed and to compromise the complaint case and it is alleged that the petitioner snatched Rs.60,000/- which the informant was taking to give the same to the shop keeper of cement. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner entered into an agreement to sale and has taken rupees five lakhs for agreement to sale with regard to the total amount of Rs.7,50,000/- executing the sale deed and for the said earlier also a complaint case was filed in which the petitioner is enjoying the privilege

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Maniyari P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
