Petitioner is an accused in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 596 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 326, 379, 332, 333, 307, 302, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 15 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief

Considering the pandemic and the fact that the Courts are running through Video Conferencing (VC), the defects are ignored for the present.
