This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 342, 363 and 34 of the Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of case and counter case. Though there is allegation that the petitioners have kidnapped the son of the informant and his marriage solemnized with Amrita Kumari whereas a counter case has been filed by Amrita Kumari that she has been raped by the son of the informant and there was assurance that he will make marry with her, but, exploited.

No.40296 of 2014 (3) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Pipra P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
