09.10.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 3 vide order dated 13.08.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in A.B.P. No. 786 of 2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 447 of 2015.
Since a senior Judicial Officer has exercised his discretion in favour of the private Opposite Parties and there is no material to show that they have misused the privilege of bail, I see no reason for interference in the matter.
The Application stands dismissed.
