The petitioners are accused in connection with S. T. No. 607 of 2018 arising out of Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 63766 of 2019 on 17.02.2020. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner no. 1 is under custody since 01.11.2018 and the petitioner no. 2 is under custody since 25.10.2018.
