02. 14.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act pending before Sri Rajeev Kumar-IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran.
Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
