1. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.08.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15622 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Navinagar District-Aurangabad, has initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No.30 of 2019-20, and the same has also been taken to its logical conclusion, inasmuch as the final order has been passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 30.07.2021 and steps are being taken to remove the encroachment in

Patna High Court MJC No.1190 of 2021(3) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 question.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his subsisting grievances regarding execution of the aforesaid order dated 30.07.2021 and removal of the encroachment in question, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
