ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
