The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.423 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 38(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Since the petitioner was not caught on the spot and he has no criminal antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23806 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.423 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Goraul Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
