2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

i) For issuance of a writ the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authorities to grant sanctioned for prosecution against the then Principal Dr. Simmi Sinha (Respondent No. 9), the then Principal/Head of Department of Philosophy & against Dr. Rakesh Kumar Verma (Respondent No. 10) the Head of Department of Sociology Department in Maheshwar Nath College, Bettiah, Mahamaya District Mahila West Champaran, Bihar to take cognizance in complaint case no. 07 of 2024 pending in the court of Special Judge, Vigilance Department, Muzaffarpur filed by the petitioner. Dr. Simmi Sinha (Respondent No. 9) and Dr. Rakesh Kumar Verma (Respondent No.

10) for their forged appointment on the post of lecturer on the basis of forged and concocted documents, as on several demand by the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar, University, Muzaffarpur they have not supplied original paper of passing year/passing certificate of Post-Graduation, though she has appointed without passing Post Graduation Examination. Respondent No. 9 was applied on the post of lecturer without proper notification publication. In the record there are several different date of appointment and joining of her and her interview for appointment was made on 20.11.

Similarly the respondent no. 10 has appointed on the basis of forged document and without notification and investigation the application by the college. ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the concerned authority to restrain the respondent no. 09 & 10 from operation of the bank account of the college and not deal with any financial file/matter till the adjudication of this writ petition before this Hon'ble Court.

3. In course of hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has argued that the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.18109 of 2024 is not being complied by the respondents.

4. In this circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for initiating contempt against the respondents. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
