JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is an accused in Complaint Case No.1302/14 registered under Section 498A of I.P.C. and 4 of D.P.Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and upon non-fulfillment of the demand torturing and assaulting the complainant.

The submission of the petitioner is the there is vague and general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is a labourer having very low earning.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52361 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar, in Complaint Case No.1302/14.
