The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 354 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 08 of the POCSO Act.
The accusation is that informant, aged about 14 years, was ill in spite of her treatment. On the advice of some persons, she was taken at the house of petitioner, who is doing the job of exorcist. Thereafter, she was taken to cremation ground and asked by the petitioner to unfold her cloths and thereafter, petitioner tried to outrage her modesty. On raising alarm, her uncle and villagers came there and save her.

No.76648 of 2018(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is resident of neighbour villager of informant and due to land dispute, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
