Having regard to the fact that the respondents in their counter affidavit have fully explained that the petitioner has been given the benefit of 29 years qualifying service for the purpose of fixation of his pension as against the earlier decision of 26 years, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has been given the amount to which he was entitled either in terms of the order of Lok Adalat or even otherwise.

The petitioner has retired in the year 2008 and his all retirement benefit has already been paid and therefore, the matter stands closed.
