JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 Admittedly, no positive direction has been issued by this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2023, passed in CWJC No.8991 of 2023, nonetheless, it is the averment of the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded to Pay and Accounts Officer, (Pension Pay and Account Office), CRPF, Ministry of Home Affairs.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the

Patna High Court MJC No.1101 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 matter before the aforesaid authority. Liberty so sought is granted.
