The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.393 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was arrested while carrying 135 pieces of country made liquor each containing 200 ml. It appears that 27 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 06.10.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
