The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 269 of 2013, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of D.P.Act. There is allegation of demand subjecting cruelty against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has filed a divorce case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 269 of 2013, subject to condition as laid
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41496 of 2014 (3) dt.23-04-2015 down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that petitioner shall keep the complainant with due dignity and honour or pay maintenance Rs. 1200/- per month to the complainant subject to result of the maintenance case and this order shall be merged with the maintenance decided by the competent court. m.p.
