In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, a member of the group allegedly belonging to Bajranj Dal, 100 in numbers, armed with weapons, came near the hutment of the Informant, abused him and ransacked the shop of the petitioner and ultimately set fire in the hut.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has wrongly been trapped in the present case and has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24014 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 been made accused. He further submits that in connection with the same police case, in another case, the case diary has been called for.

This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
