The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant and thereafter others assaulted with lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, though, one injury has been found to be grievous in nature but the accusation has been levelled in the background of serious land dispute and title suit is also pending between the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24134 of 2014 (04) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 parties. A Medical Board was constituted for examination of injuries, but the informant never appeared before the Medical Board and there is a counter version of the occurrence also. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
