This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Daudpur PS Case No.108 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the names of the petitioners have surfaced on the confessional statement of one Niranjan Nat who has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 70293 of 2018 vide order dated 19.12.2018. In addition, another co-accused Sujeet Singh has also been granted bail in Cr.Misc. No. 71975 of 2018 vide order dated 10.12.2018. Petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79639 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 since 23.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R M Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur PS Case No. 108 of 2018.
