Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, some payment has been made to the petitioners.

Considering this fact, petitioners are directed to approach the respondent no.6 by filing a representation within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10661 of 2021(5) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 four weeks and the respondent no.6, on receipt of such representation, is well advised to pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law and after hearing the parties.

It is made clear that if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, respondent no.6 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
