The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been lodged after five days of the occurrence when the articles of the informant were handed over to the informant and husband of the petitioner has been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31476 of 2014 (03) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 regular bail.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the dead body of the victim was disposed of and hence, post-mortem was not done.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
