2. The prayer made in this writ petition is for grant of annual increment of pay with effect from 09.12.1986, the date on which, the college was taken over and also for grant of benefit of first and second A.C.P with effect from 09.08.1999, as well as for a direction to the respondents to pay the revised pay scale from 2008 to 2009 as per 6th pay revision.

3. Since the claim of the petitioner pertains to the year of 1986; 1999 and 2008-09, I am of the view that this writ
