The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the background of partition dispute the father of the petitioners assaulted the informant by rod causing fracture injury on the left leg of the informant. The petitioners assaulted the informant with rod and lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46647 of 2014 (02) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 petitioners that the petitioners are the nephew of the informant and only substantial injury on the left leg has been found attributed to Shankar Ram, the father of the petitioners, who has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below since he is disabled person and there is a counter version of the occurrence also being Jamui P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
