The petitioner has already been granted provisional bail vide order dated 10.8.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 30091 of 2016 and after completion of the period of provisional bail, he surrendered. Again a prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail which cannot be accepted. This Court has already, vide order dated 19.2.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 57198 of 2015, directed the trial court for completion of trial finally as all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Let the trial court should conclude the trial within the period fixed by this Court.
