Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Belhar (Kheshar) Police Station Case No 193 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 283, 285, 504 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are said to have been identified out of a mob of about 200-250 persons who had assembled to voice their objections against release of one Deepak Kumar Singh who was in the habit of teasing the females of the locality. One of the co-accused, namely, Om Prakash Bhagat, who has also been named along with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24380 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 the instant petitioners, has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.03.2017 passed in ABP No 91 of 2017 by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge I, Banka.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Banka in Belhar (Kheshar) PS Case No 193 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
