2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is regarding non-payment of G.P.F. with interest and arrears of 3rd ACP with interest with effect from15.01.2021.

3. Though counter affidavit by the State has been filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10170 of 2021 dt.16-02-2024 2/2 contesting the issue raised by the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to agitate the grievances of the petitioner before the appropriate competent authority of the State.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the competent authority of the State.

5. As and when such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the competent authority of the State shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such a representation.

6. Writ petition is disposed of.
