The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.116C of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 494, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint petition, allegation is of assault with respect to demand and ousted her from the house. The petitioners are the father-in-law , mother-in-law, Dewar and Nanad of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21479 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is general in nature and the cognizance has only been taken under Section 498A and 379 of the IPC. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 2nd, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No.1163C of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
