2. The petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2016 in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 47/49 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as even according to the F.I.R. the recovery of small quantities of country made liquor was made from near the door of the respective houses of the petitioners, and not from their conscious possession. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41625 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016.
