Vide order dated 09.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21173 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 09.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21173 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31914 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 157 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
