This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 489B, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners had gone to deposit money in the Bank. Manoj Nishad was to deposited Rs.40,000/- in the account of Ambika Choudhary and petitioner, Bablu Nishad, was to deposit Rs.21,500/- in his own account. Out of that Rs.1,500/- of Manoj Nishad was found to be fake currency and Rs.2,000/- of Bablu Nishad was fouind to be fake currency.

Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners are in custody since 15.10.2016 and the fake currency was not known or recognized by the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the period already under gone, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 550 of 2016to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
