Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 406, 409, 420, 467, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that some of the lands were transferred by Maharaja Gidhaur in favour of informant and others but subsequently these petitioners and others by forging revenue records got their names entered into the revenue records on pretext of transfer of land being made by Maharaja Gidhaur to Durga Mandir.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Maharaja Gidhaur settled 76 decimals of land in favour of temple and the title suit is pending between the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46742 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 parties with regard to the land in question.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
