Mr. Anand Kishore Choudhary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order reveals that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined in this case. The learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 398 of 2017 arising out of Katoriya Police Station Case No. 25 of 2017 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka.

Hence, prayer for bail is again refused.
