The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.279 of 2014 registered under Sections 452 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the A.C.J.M., Chapra. The allegation against the petitioner is that he and coaccused Manish Singh fired shot five rounds to kill the informant out of which one round fire caused injury to the leg of the cow of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is land dispute in between the informant and the co-accused, Mukesh Singh, and the petitioner has falsely been

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
