Case No. 95 of 2015 dated 11.02.2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 387 & 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1132 of 2015 dt.01-03-2016 2 / 2 1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
