The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2023 and there is recovery of 1.26 liters of liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
