At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State raises a preliminary objection with regard to the petitioner directly approaching this Hon'ble Court by filing the present writ petition, against the order dated 04.10.2025, passed by the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.), Madhubani in Case No.02/2024, whereby the appeal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6906 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 petitioner has been rejected. He submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the competent authority/forum.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, as available under law.
